Free Sample Policy

We can provide a sample for free test. If you find any quality defect, you can apply to return us. In order to protect your interest, we accept Paypal payment for sample orders. Once we confirm the safety 

RMA Procedure

First, contact our sales or support engineer to feedback your problem. Our people will reply you within 24 hours.

Second, you need take a photo or a clip of recordings to help us judge where is wrong. If we confirm that's a defect and can't upgrate to solve, we will guide you to return products to us.

Third, mail the machine to the nearby office we designated, or our factory address. Please inform us the Express Track NO. and a copy of the Proforma Invoice we signed.

Fourth, Engineer will check the machine and confirm whether is it can be repaired. They will notice the checking result to other departments. Without incidents, you will be noticed to choose repairment, refund or repalcement. For sample refund, we just accept Paypal. 

Disclaimer Clause

1.  Any serious damage of housing or circuit board are forbidden. Scratch, soak, flood and other man-made intended harm on matchin will not be allowed. No appearance destroy, no accessory loss and no illegal opening. And prohibit any faking receipts and falsifying vouchers.   

2.  The free sample testing can't last for two (2) month since the final date in Inovice. Otherwise refund is not allowed.  We are just in charge of repairment.   

3.  All of our products are under one (1) year warranty. The product out of warranty can be repaired, but users should pay for the new accesseries and two-way delivery cost.
